Confidentiality policy and use of generated information
The user authorizes Larvia to use the photographic samples and the generated information for the sole purpose of being analyzed by Larvia for the improvement of the platform's operation and the provision of the service, particularly for the following uses:
- Internal data management
- Statistics elaboration
- Algorithm improvement
- Customer experience improvement
- General comparative analysis
- Others that do not compromise customer privacy
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Larvia undertakes to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding the photographic samples and the information generated by virtue of the provision of the service to the client, and not to use such information for purposes other than those indicated in the preceding section, confidentiality obligations and non-use that will be in force for a period of five years from the date of termination of this contract.
